Welcome to the Radical Academy,
The launch of Radical Academy and Radical Academy Esport initiatives represents a significant step toward inclusion in the world of racing. By creating more opportunities for girls and women to engage with motorsports, these programs aim to break down barriers and challenge traditional stereotypes in a historically male-dominated field.

Two Ways To Go Racing…
Radical Academy not only prepares girls and women for roles as drivers but also opens doors to a wide range of career opportunities within the motorsport industry. This includes technical & STEM, marketing & communication and hospitality disciplines..
Esport as an entry point: Radical Academy Esport initiative leverages the growing popularity of sim racing to offer a more accessible pathway for women to get involved. Esport can serve as a low-barrier entry point, allowing participants to hone their skills in a virtual environment before transitioning to real-world racing.
Get going on track as a driver, mechanic, or crew member! Radical Academy offers many opportunities to get familiar with racing, while being right in the action.
If you’re new to Radicals, arrange to participate in a track day, test day or amateur race. When you’re ready to go pro, the Radical Academy will be here for support.
Radical Academy Esport is an iRacing simulator series available to female Canadian drivers interested in learning & competing in a friendly safe SimRacing environment.
We supply training modules, data telemetry tools, and hours of on-track practice and racing.
Prizes include a Radical Track Day Experience, SimRacing training tools, simulator equipment, product packages, and more!
Season One is in the Books..
Our inaugural season just wrapped up in 2024 and it was a tremendous success. Led by our driver, Alana Carter, the season saw so much action on track and in the training sim.
